What’s the need for PUKONSA?

To enter into the Sabah State Government tender, you must have a PUSONSA License. This circular was issued in early January 2010. All contractors, suppliers & service providers MUST have this License.

PUKONSA licenses are divided into two parts:-

  1. License as Supply & Service Contractor
  2. License as a Contractor for Work
